  Amazing service from Alisa Premier Cruise!

  Alisa Cruise was fantastic. It was a 5-star service from the time we were picked up from our hotel in Ha Noi to the time we were dropped off the next day. The transportation was quite comfortable; you could recline the chairs and sleep, and it seemed luxury. The staff were really friendly and did not rush. We accommodated any requirement.   Alisa Cruise was fantastic. It was a 5-star service from the time we were picked up from our hotel in Ha Noi to the time we were dropped off the next day. The transportation was quite comfortable; you could recline the chairs and sleep, and it seemed luxury. The staff were really friendly and did not rush. We accommodated any requirement. Special thanks go to Mr Bach (Mr Smith), Mr James Bond, and the team. They were incredibly friendly and made the experience fantastic.   My family of five adults had a wonderful time!!! What stood out the most to us was the amazing customer service provided by EVERY STAFF MEMBER. Thuy, in particular, demonstrated exceptional performance in her profession. James was also fantastic!! My youngster developed a fever and was feeling poorly.   My family of five adults had a wonderful time!!! What stood out the most to us was the amazing customer service provided by EVERY STAFF MEMBER. Thuy, in particular, demonstrated exceptional performance in her profession. James was also fantastic!! My youngster developed a fever and was feeling poorly. James instantly supplied a thermometer (when I requested one), over-the-counter cold and flu medications, and hot soup. You are very kind! Van and another female employee (I did not get her name, sadly) were both excellent and attentive. We felt like royalty. Lol! Oh, I must mention another fantastic customer service experience. We were too fatigued to eat an early breakfast the day after we arrived. When we were preparing to board the smaller boat for our full-day tour, James handed my husband a packed breakfast for my family to eat on the boat voyage. The boat's crew then cooked the food for us. Just wow!!! We were deeply grateful. How often have you received this level of service?Less

The schedule is tight, yet a lot is going on. The outings were enjoyable, and James made sure everything ran smoothly. Daniel was our butler; yep, you are appointed a butler. We could not have asked for more; he was great at anticipating any questions or concerns we had. Consider yourselves fortunate if you get him. The rooms were clean and pleasant. The vistas are simply spectacular. Overall, it was definitely worth the price. Back in Hanoi, we were able to meet Tony. What a very amazing man! I strongly suggest this business.Less
