This guide will introduce some of the most popular transportation options from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay.

I. Shuttle bus

Shuttle buses are the most popular way to get from Hanoi to Halong Bay, offering a convenient and affordable transportation option. Many shuttle bus companies offer free pick-up and drop-off from your hotel in Hanoi with departures from a number of different locations, including the Old Quarter and the airport. If you're on a tight budget, the shuttle bus is the best option. It's relatively inexpensive and convenient, and the journey is relatively short. The tickets typically cost around $10- $13.
