09h10 AM: You will be collected from Hanoi Old Quarter by luxury sharing van to take the new highway to Got Ferry Terminal – Cat Hai Town, Haiphong City where we arrive at around 11h30 AM. The passengers have a chance to experience on longest and newest bridge in South East Asia area. You can take special tea at Orchid Premium Cruises lounge by warm welcome.

12h15 PM: Transfer by tender to the ORCHID PREMIUM CRUISES.

12h30 PM: We welcome our guests onboard the ORCHID PREMIUM CRUISES and then check in, enjoy Welcome Drink, receive cruise briefing, safety instructions and check in. Start cruising and explore Lan Ha Bay.

13h00 PM: Deluxe lunch set menu is served in the dinning-room at the first floor.

14h15 PM: We progress to visit Viet Hai village on Cat Ba island. You will take the bicycle trip along the village path and go through rain forests and dark tunnel. Enjoy stunning scenery of rice fields on the way. Stop at the village to relax. Visit an ancient local house, made from straw, mud, bamboo…you will have chance to see the local life on a valley of local people.

Optional electric car service is available (included).

17h45 PM: Returning ORCHID PREMIUM CRUISES, you can watch the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin and passengers have a chance to view whole beautiful Ha Long Bay & Lan Ha Bay during enjoying outdoor Jacuzzi on the top deck. Onboard you may join a traditional cooking class and enjoy deluxe afternoon tea. Our chef will instruct you in the making of some Vietnam dishes. In the early evening the boat has its Happy Hour deal.

19h30 PM: Sumptuous Candlelight Deluxe A La Carte is served. Enjoy delicious local food prepared and served for you by our wonderful onboard catering staff. This is a delightful meal in an intimate romantic setting.

21h30 PM: Enjoy the landscape of the bay at night up on the top deck. Relax whilst enjoying drinks from the bar. Try your hand at night squid fishing, watching a movie in the restaurant. Overnight on board at Tra Bau area.

23h00 PM: End of Day One program.

06h15 AM: Why not rise early to witness the bay at its very best whilst enjoying an invigorating Tai Chi session on the sundeck; after which we serve the breakfast. Upon completing breakfast continue our journey and head out to explore the bay in the area where Frog Lake is situated.

7h45 AM: You enjoy on your own for kayaking at Frog Lake area to discover the hidden charm of Lan Ha Bay.

9h30 AM: Come back on board and it is time for checking out.

10h00 AM: While cruising back you can enjoy a delightful brunch.

10h30 AM: Tea Ceremony is served at the restaurant. You will learn how to enjoy Vietnamese tea and Vietnamese cultural at this ceremony. Joining Tea Ceremony with our crews team and have great fun with us!

11h35 AM: We return to the quay side in the south of the bay, where our visitors disembark. We bid farewell at GOT ferry, this is the end of the program.

Around 14h00 AM: Back to your drop-off point in Hanoi. End of the trip!

  • The FOC rate for children under 5 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 5 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
  • Children from 5-11 will pay extra charge 75% of adult rate. Children 12 and above must pay full fare as adult.
  • An extra charge of USD 25.00 per extra bed if required to set up in the cabin for 02 days/1night program or USD 35.00 per extra bed for 03 days/2 nights program (already included in children rate). An extra charge of USD 10.00 per baby cot for 02 days/1 night program or USD 15.00 per baby cot for 03 days/ 2nights program if require. This extra service is subject to Victoria Star Cruises availability.
  • The child rate for children from 5 to 12 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. In case the child occupies the sole cabin, the rate for adult is applied.
  • Peak season surcharge: Surcharge of $50 per person per night applies for travel period from 20 December 2024 to 5 January 2029.
  • Shuttle bus: $35/ adult and $30/ child round trip. Pick up point: at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or in front of Hanoi Opera House.

* Cancellation by guests Any cancellation should be referred to Auasia Travel in writing by emails, following these below terms.

  • More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge.
  • From 30 to 7 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates.
  • From 6 to 3 days prior to check in: 50% of total rates.
  • Less than 3 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
  • No-Show: 100% of total rates.

  • We reserve the right to cancel your booking under some unavoidable circumstances like: weather conditions, wars, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, terrorism. If we cancel your booking, you can either get a refund or accept an alternative from us of equivalent or similar standard and price, if one is available, and we will always refund the difference in price if the alternative is of a lower standard and price.
  • The cancellation is announced ONLY by Quang Ninh Local Port Authority and often in short notice of time. Therefore your understandings in these situations are highly appreciated.

  • Without prior notice, the cruise trip could be postponed, shortened or cancelled due to unexpected bad weather, including storm/ typhoon (summer), cyclone, thunderstorm, foggy days (winter), monsoon (winter)…
  • Before tours start from Hanoi city: Full refund.
  • After guests arrive in Halong Bay: Tour cost based on completed service: meals, transfer, day boat trip only, the rest will be refunded.
  • Guests are staying on board, trip is shortened: Tour cost based on completed service: trip length, meals, transfer, activities…, the rest will be refunded.
  • A cabin is limited for 1 child only.
  • Infants under 5 years old are free of charge, if sharing room with parents (no extra bed provided).
  • Children from 5 to 7 years old are charged 50% adult if sharing bed with parents.
  • Children from 7 to 9 years old are charged 75% of tour price, sharing bed with parents - no extra bed provided (as children’s price on our website), or full charge as adult to have extra bed.
  • Children from 9 years old and above are charged as adult.

Orchid Premium Cruise offers breathtaking Lan Ha Bay

The booking agent (Auasia Travel, namely Mia Nguyen) and the Orchid Premium Cruise company both did an excellent job of organizing the trip. The cruise had wonderful cuisine, accommodation, and activities. My friends and I paid $190 per person for the cruise, plus an extra $40 per person for round-trip shuttle service to and from the cruise terminal. I recommend booking via Auasia Travel ..More

I had a fantastic experience with 2-Day Orchid Premium Cruise in Lan Ha Bay. The kayaking was enjoyable, the visit to the Pearl Farm was intriguing, and the incredible cave tour left me speechless. The great cuisine on board was a pleasant surprise, and our fantastic tour guide, Mr. Lam, brought a personal touch to the entire voyage. Five stars for an incredible adventure!

Unforgettable Lan Ha Bay excursion

We did the Orchid Premium Cruise, and it was an excellent experience. Mia from Auasia was really helpful throughout, from the initial request to select a suitable cruise until the end of the trip to organize transportation to our accommodation outside Hanoi old quarter. A wonderful experience.
