About Cruise
- Hermes Cruise is a new luxurious five-star iron cruise in Halong Bay that was launched in July 2022. The Hermes cruise Halong is named after Hermes - son of Zeus - who is the Emissary of the Gods, as well as considered the protector of human heralds, travelers and all merchants.
- Hermes Cruise Halong Bay owns a modern look but inside it's inspired with elegant and refined interior that surely brings a great experience to all tourists on board. Beside a full combo of modern facilities and stylized rooms with outstanding furniture, Hermes Cruise is also the first and only cruise in Halong Bay featuring two outdoor swimming pools that guarantees you the most comfortable moments of rest.

13: 30 Enjoy a nice buffet lunch at our restaurant while the cruise goes ahead to Halong Bay.

15: 00 – 16: 45 Continue to explore Halong by visiting Pearl Farm village. Here, you can witness the process of making pearls, buy products from pure pearls, participate in kayaking, a must-try sport activity in Halong.
After that, visiting Titop Island. Here, you will have time to climb up to the peak of Titov Island, admire the beautiful panorama view of Halong Bay or swim, take pictures, and play on the sea.
18: 00 Enjoy a Sunset party with fruits and snacks on Hermes Sky Bar.

- The child rate for children from 5 to 12 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. In case the child occupies the sole cabin, the rate for adult is applied.
- Peak season surcharge: Surcharge of $50 per person per night applies for travel period from 20 December 2024 to 5 January 2029.
- Shuttle bus: $35/ adult and $30/ child round trip. Pick up point: at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or in front of Hanoi Opera House.
* Cancellation by guests Any cancellation should be referred to Auasia Travel in writing by emails, following these below terms.
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge.
- From 30 to 7 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates.
- From 6 to 3 days prior to check in: 50% of total rates.
- Less than 3 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.

- We reserve the right to cancel your booking under some unavoidable circumstances like: weather conditions, wars, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, terrorism. If we cancel your booking, you can either get a refund or accept an alternative from us of equivalent or similar standard and price, if one is available, and we will always refund the difference in price if the alternative is of a lower standard and price.
- The cancellation is announced ONLY by Quang Ninh Local Port Authority and often in short notice of time. Therefore your understandings in these situations are highly appreciated.

- Without prior notice, the cruise trip could be postponed, shortened or cancelled due to unexpected bad weather, including storm/ typhoon (summer), cyclone, thunderstorm, foggy days (winter), monsoon (winter)…
- Before tours start from Hanoi city: Full refund.
- After guests arrive in Halong Bay: Tour cost based on completed service: meals, transfer, day boat trip only, the rest will be refunded.
- Guests are staying on board, trip is shortened: Tour cost based on completed service: trip length, meals, transfer, activities…, the rest will be refunded.
- A cabin is limited for 1 child only.
- Infants under 5 years old are free of charge, if sharing room with parents (no extra bed provided).
- Children from 5 to 7 years old are charged 50% adult if sharing bed with parents.
- Children from 7 to 9 years old are charged 75% of tour price, sharing bed with parents - no extra bed provided (as children’s price on our website), or full charge as adult to have extra bed.
- Children from 9 years old and above are charged as adult.
