  • Baby cot: USD 10 for a 2 days/1 night program or USD 15 for a 3 days/2 nights program (Subject to availability).
  • The child rate for ages 5–12 applies to one (01) child sharing a cabin with two (02) adults.
  • If a child occupies a single cabin, the adult rate will apply.

1. Cancellation by Guests

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to Auasia Travel and are subject to the following terms:

  • More than 30 days before check-in: No cancellation fee applies.
  • 30 to 7 days before check-in: 10% of the total rate will be charged.
  • 6 to 3 days before check-in: 50% of the total rate will be charged.
  • Less than 3 days before check-in: 100% of the total rate will be charged.
  • In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total rate will be charged.

2. Cancellation by us

Auasia Travel reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, including:

  • Adverse weather conditions, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, natural disasters, or acts of terrorism.

In the event of a cruise cancellation initiated by us:

  • Guests have the option to receive a full refund or select an alternative arrangement.
  • Accept an alternative cruise or service of equivalent or similar standard and value (subject to availability).
  • If the alternative is of a lower standard or price, the difference will be refunded.

*Note: Cruise cancellations are announced only by the Quang Ninh Local Port Authority, often with very short notice. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these situations.

3. Cancellation by Weather Conditions (Information controlled and issued by the local authority.)

Without prior notice, cruise trips may be postponed, shortened, or canceled due to severe or unexpected weather, including:

  • Storms, typhoons, cyclones, thunderstorms, fog, or seasonal monsoons.

4. Refund policy in weather-related cases:

  • Before tour departure from Hanoi: Full refund.
  • After arrival in Ha Long Bay: Refund will be calculated based on services already completed (e.g., meals, transfers, day-boat trip).
  • For guests already on board: If the trip is shortened, refund will be based on completed services (length of trip, meals, transfers, activities, etc.), and the remaining amount for unutilized services will be refunded to the guest.
  • Cabin Capacity: Each cabin is limited to a maximum of one (01) child.
  • Infants under 5 years old: Complimentary (FOC) when sharing a room with parents. No extra bed is provided.
  • Children from 5 to 7 years old: Charged 50% of the adult rate when sharing an existing bed with parents.
  • Children from 7 to 9 years old: Charged 75% of the tour price when sharing a bed with parents (no extra bed provided, as listed on our website), or 100% of the adult rate if an extra bed is requested.
  • Children from 9 years old and above: Charged at the full adult rate.
