Guests are picked up from hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter by a luxury shared van, traveling via the new expressway toward Got Ferry Terminal in Cat Hai Town, Hai Phong City. Along the way, enjoy a smooth journey and cross one of the longest and newest bridges in Southeast Asia, offering impressive coastal views.
11:30 – Arrival at Orchid Premium Cruise Lounge
Arrive at the Orchid Premium Cruise lounge, where guests are warmly welcomed and invited to enjoy special Vietnamese tea in a comfortable waiting area before boarding.
12:15 – Tender Transfer to Orchid Premium Cruise
Transfer by tender boat to Orchid Premium Cruise, anchored in the peaceful waters of Lan Ha Bay.
12:30 – Welcome Aboard & Check-in
Step onboard Orchid Premium Cruise Lan Ha Bay, receive a refreshing welcome drink, and attend a short cruise briefing and safety introduction. After check-in, the cruise begins sailing through the serene scenery of Lan Ha Bay, known for its emerald waters and limestone karsts.
13:00 – Lunch Onboard
A deluxe set-menu lunch is served in the elegant dining room on the first deck. While dining, guests can admire panoramic views of untouched islands and tranquil seascapes.
14:15 – Cycling in Viet Hai Village (Cat Ba Island)
The cruise proceeds toward Viet Hai Village, a peaceful settlement nestled within Cat Ba National Park. Enjoy a leisurely cycling tour along village paths, passing through rainforest landscapes and a dark tunnel. Along the way, take in picturesque rice fields and stop to visit a traditional local house made of straw, mud, and bamboo, offering insight into the daily life of local residents.

17:45 – Return to Cruise | Sunset & Onboard Activities
Return to Orchid Premium Cruise Halong Bay and relax on the sundeck as the sun sets over the Gulf of Tonkin. Guests may unwind in the outdoor jacuzzi, enjoying sweeping views of both Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay.
Join a Vietnamese cooking demonstration, where the chef introduces traditional dishes, followed by deluxe afternoon tea. Happy Hour offers special drink promotions in the early evening.
19:30 – Candlelight Dinner
Indulge in a sumptuous candlelight à la carte dinner, featuring fresh local ingredients prepared by the onboard culinary team. The intimate setting creates a refined and romantic dining experience.
21:30 – Evening Leisure & Overnight Onboard
Enjoy the peaceful nighttime atmosphere of the bay from the sundeck, sip drinks from the bar, or try night squid fishing. Guests may also relax with a movie in the restaurant.

06:15 – Tai Chi Session & Breakfast
Start the day early and experience Lan Ha Bay at its most tranquil with an invigorating Tai Chi session on the sundeck. As the morning light reflects on the calm waters, breakfast is served onboard. Afterward, the cruise continues toward the Frog Lake area, one of the bay’s most secluded and scenic locations.
07:45 – Kayaking at Frog Lake
Enjoy free kayaking at Frog Lake, where narrow passages open into peaceful lagoons surrounded by limestone cliffs. This activity offers a close-up encounter with the untouched beauty and quiet charm of Lan Ha Bay.
09:30 – Return onboard and check out
Return to Orchid Premium Cruise and prepare for check-out while the vessel cruises gently through the bay’s final scenic routes.
10:00 – Brunch Onboard
A delightful brunch is served in the restaurant as the cruise sails back toward the disembarkation point, allowing guests to enjoy the last panoramic views of the bay.
10:30 – Vietnamese Tea Ceremony
Participate in a traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, where guests learn about local tea culture and the art of tea appreciation. Share this cultural experience with the crew in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
11:35 – Disembarkation at Got Ferry Terminal

Around 14:00 – Arrival in Hanoi

- From 5 to 11 years old: Children aged 5–11 are charged 75% of the adult rate when sharing a cabin with two adults.
- From 12 years old and above: Children aged 12 and above are considered adults and will be charged the full fare.
- Extra bed: USD 25 for a 2 days/1 night program or USD 35 for a 3 days/2 nights program (already included in the child rate).
- Baby cot: USD 10 for a 2 days/1 night program or USD 15 for a 3 days/2 nights program (Subject to availability).
- The child rate for ages 5–12 applies to one (01) child sharing a cabin with two (02) adults.
- If a child occupies a single cabin, the adult rate will apply.
1. Cancellation by Guests
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to Auasia Travel and are subject to the following terms:
- More than 30 days before check-in: No cancellation fee applies.
- 30 to 7 days before check-in: 10% of the total rate will be charged.
- 6 to 3 days before check-in: 50% of the total rate will be charged.
- Less than 3 days before check-in: 100% of the total rate will be charged.
- In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total rate will be charged.
2. Cancellation by us
Auasia Travel reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, including:
- Adverse weather conditions, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, natural disasters, or acts of terrorism.
- In the event of a cruise cancellation initiated by us:
- Guests have the option to receive a full refund or select an alternative arrangement.
- Accept an alternative cruise or service of equivalent or similar standard and value (subject to availability).
- If the alternative is of a lower standard or price, the difference will be refunded.
*Note: Cruise cancellations are announced only by the Quang Ninh Local Port Authority, often with very short notice. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these situations.
3. Cancellation by Weather Conditions (Information controlled and issued by the local authority.)
Without prior notice, cruise trips may be postponed, shortened, or canceled due to severe or unexpected weather, including:
- Storms, typhoons, cyclones, thunderstorms, fog, or seasonal monsoons.
4. Refund policy in weather-related cases:
- Before tour departure from Hanoi: Full refund.
- After arrival in Ha Long Bay: Refund will be calculated based on services already completed (e.g., meals, transfers, day-boat trip).
- For guests already on board: If the trip is shortened, refund will be based on completed services (length of trip, meals, transfers, activities, etc.), and the remaining amount for unutilized services will be refunded to the guest.
- Cabin Capacity: Each cabin is limited to a maximum of one (01) child.
- Infants under 5 years old: Complimentary (FOC) when sharing a room with parents. No extra bed is provided.
- Children from 5 to 7 years old: Charged 50% of the adult rate when sharing an existing bed with parents.
- Children from 7 to 9 years old: Charged 75% of the tour price when sharing a bed with parents (no extra bed provided, as listed on our website), or 100% of the adult rate if an extra bed is requested.
- Children from 9 years old and above: Charged at the full adult rate.
