About Cruise
Launched in August 2020, Capella Cruise is a six-deck luxury super-yacht sailing the spectacular Halong–Lan Ha Bay route. A contemporary, plush aesthetic meets elegant Indochine accents, complemented by unique onboard recreations. With outdoor activities and chic cabins featuring private balconies and ocean-view bathtubs, Capella delivers seamless five-star service in the heart of a UNESCO World Heritage seascape.

15:15–17:00 – Anchor at Frog Lagoon for outdoor activities: Infinity Oasis Pool & Jacuzzi, Inflatable Waterslide, Kayaking, SUP, Mini-golf, and more.
17:00 – Freshly prepared snacks and your favorite drinks while waiting for sunset. Enjoy Happy Hours “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” at the Spirit of the Sea Lounge and Ocean Sky Sundeck.
18:00–18:45 – Cooking demonstration featuring a traditional Vietnamese dish.

09:30 – 10:30 - Savor a delightful brunch at the Harmony of the Sea Restaurant while cruising back towards the port.

- Children under 5 years old: One (01) child under 5 years old sharing a cabin with two (02) full-paying adults is free of charge (FOC). Only one FOC child per cabin is permitted.
- From 5 to 11 years old: Children aged 5–11 are charged 75% of the adult rate when sharing a cabin with two adults.
- From 12 years old and above: Children aged 12 and above are considered adults and will be charged the full fare.
- Extra bed: USD 25 for a 2 days/1 night program or USD 35 for a 3 days/2 nights program (already included in the child rate).
- Baby cot: USD 10 for a 2 days/1 night program or USD 15 for a 3 days/2 nights program (Subject to availability).
- The child rate for ages 5–12 applies to one (01) child sharing a cabin with two (02) adults.
- If a child occupies a single cabin, the adult rate will apply.
1. Cancellation by Guests
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to Auasia Travel and are subject to the following terms:
- More than 30 days before check-in: No cancellation fee applies.
- 30 to 7 days before check-in: 10% of the total rate will be charged.
- 6 to 3 days before check-in: 50% of the total rate will be charged.
- Less than 3 days before check-in: 100% of the total rate will be charged.
- In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total rate will be charged.
2. Cancellation by us
Auasia Travel reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, including:
- Adverse weather conditions, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, natural disasters, or acts of terrorism.
In the event of a cruise cancellation initiated by us:
- Guests have the option to receive a full refund or select an alternative arrangement.
- Accept an alternative cruise or service of equivalent or similar standard and value (subject to availability).
- If the alternative is of a lower standard or price, the difference will be refunded.
*Note: Cruise cancellations are announced only by the Quang Ninh Local Port Authority, often with very short notice. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these situations.
3. Cancellation by Weather Conditions (Information controlled and issued by the local authority.)
Without prior notice, cruise trips may be postponed, shortened, or canceled due to severe or unexpected weather, including:
- Storms, typhoons, cyclones, thunderstorms, fog, or seasonal monsoons.
4. Refund policy in weather-related cases:
- Before tour departure from Hanoi: Full refund.
- After arrival in Ha Long Bay: Refund will be calculated based on services already completed (e.g., meals, transfers, day-boat trip).
- For guests already on board: If the trip is shortened, refund will be based on completed services (length of trip, meals, transfers, activities, etc.), and the remaining amount for unutilized services will be refunded to the guest.
- Cabin Capacity: Each cabin is limited to a maximum of one (01) child.
- Infants under 5 years old: Complimentary (FOC) when sharing a room with parents. No extra bed is provided.
- Children from 5 to 7 years old: Charged 50% of the adult rate when sharing an existing bed with parents.
- Children from 7 to 9 years old: Charged 75% of the tour price when sharing a bed with parents (no extra bed provided, as listed on our website), or 100% of the adult rate if an extra bed is requested.
- Children from 9 years old and above: Charged at the full adult rate.
