Be picked up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and start a scenic 2.5-hour journey to Halong via the 5B Expressway in our luxury limousine (for guests using transfer service).

Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina, then transfer by speedboat to board the Stellar of the Seas Cruise. Receive a warm welcome drink, meet the captain and crew, and attend a short safety and itinerary briefing before setting sail.

Enjoy a delicious lunch in our elegant dining room, available in both indoor and outdoor settings. Afterward, check into your cabin and take a moment to relax as we cruise past Con Vit Islet, Thumb Islet, and Gia Luan Harbor, part of the Cat Ba Island area.
Later, the cruise enters the Lagoon natural area of Lan Ha Bay, a pristine and tranquil destination where you can swim in the emerald waters or sunbathe on deck surrounded by stunning scenery. The vessel then moves toward the overnight anchoring spot.

Gather on the sundeck to admire a breathtaking sunset over Lan Ha Bay while enjoying our Sunset Party—the perfect opportunity to meet fellow travelers, share experiences, or simply relax with a cocktail by the infinity pool or the mini-golf course.

Immerse yourself in the stunning beauty of Dark & Bright Cave (Hang Sáng & Tối), a serene area surrounded by towering cliffs and emerald waters. Choose your preferred way to explore—kayak at your own pace or relax on a bamboo boat rowed by local villagers.

Return to your cabin to check out and prepare for disembarkation.
10:00 – Light Brunch & Cooking Demonstration
Join a short traditional Vietnamese cooking class with our talented chef, followed by a delightful brunch served in the dining room as the cruise gently heads back toward Tuan Chau Marina.
12:00 – Farewell & Return to Hanoi
Bid farewell to the friendly crew as you disembark from the cruise and transfer by speedboat to the pier. Continue your journey back to Hanoi in our luxury limousine, arriving at your hotel around 15:00.

Continue cruising through the peaceful waters of Lan Ha Bay toward Van Boi Beach, where you can swim in crystal-clear waters or kayak around the limestone islets. Later, explore the picturesque Three Beach Area, one of the most stunning and unspoiled parts of the bay.

- Children under 5 years old: One (01) child under 5 years old sharing a cabin with two (02) full-paying adults is free of charge (FOC). Only one FOC child per cabin is permitted.
- From 5 to 11 years old: Children aged 5–11 are charged 75% of the adult rate when sharing a cabin with two adults.
- From 12 years old and above: Children aged 12 and above are considered adults and will be charged the full fare.
- Extra bed: USD 25 for a 2 days/1 night program or USD 35 for a 3 days/2 nights program (already included in the child rate).
- Baby cot: USD 10 for a 2 days/1 night program or USD 15 for a 3 days/2 nights program (Subject to availability).
- The child rate for ages 5–12 applies to one (01) child sharing a cabin with two (02) adults.
- If a child occupies a single cabin, the adult rate will apply.
1. Cancellation by Guests
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to Auasia Travel and are subject to the following terms:
- More than 30 days before check-in: No cancellation fee applies.
- 30 to 7 days before check-in: 10% of the total rate will be charged.
- 6 to 3 days before check-in: 50% of the total rate will be charged.
- Less than 3 days before check-in: 100% of the total rate will be charged.
- In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total rate will be charged.
2. Cancellation by us
Auasia Travel reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, including:
- Adverse weather conditions, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, natural disasters, or acts of terrorism.
In the event of a cruise cancellation initiated by us:
- Guests have the option to receive a full refund or select an alternative arrangement.
- Accept an alternative cruise or service of equivalent or similar standard and value (subject to availability).
- If the alternative is of a lower standard or price, the difference will be refunded.
*Note: Cruise cancellations are announced only by the Quang Ninh Local Port Authority, often with very short notice. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these situations.
3. Cancellation by Weather Conditions (Information controlled and issued by the local authority.)
Without prior notice, cruise trips may be postponed, shortened, or canceled due to severe or unexpected weather, including:
- Storms, typhoons, cyclones, thunderstorms, fog, or seasonal monsoons.
4. Refund policy in weather-related cases:
- Before tour departure from Hanoi: Full refund.
- After arrival in Ha Long Bay: Refund will be calculated based on services already completed (e.g., meals, transfers, day-boat trip).
- For guests already on board: If the trip is shortened, refund will be based on completed services (length of trip, meals, transfers, activities, etc.), and the remaining amount for unutilized services will be refunded to the guest.
- Cabin Capacity: Each cabin is limited to a maximum of one (01) child.
- Infants under 5 years old: Complimentary (FOC) when sharing a room with parents. No extra bed is provided.
- Children from 5 to 7 years old: Charged 50% of the adult rate when sharing an existing bed with parents.
- Children from 7 to 9 years old: Charged 75% of the tour price when sharing a bed with parents (no extra bed provided, as listed on our website), or 100% of the adult rate if an extra bed is requested.
- Children from 9 years old and above: Charged at the full adult rate.
