We will take the road towards Ba Be, a region known as the "Halong Bay of the mountains." Passing through the Thai Nguyen province, famous for its green tea cultivation, you will witness a remarkably beautiful change in landscapes. You will cross stunning tobacco fields and rice paddies surrounded by small hills covered with tea plantations, fruit trees, and palm trees. Along the way, you will have a great chance to encounter ethnic minorities such as the Tays, Nungs, San Chi, and Then, dressed in their traditional costumes.
Arriving at Ba Be National Park in the early afternoon, you will discover a site characterized by a natural lake fed by three rivers and surrounded by towering limestone formations mostly covered in subtropical primary forest. The villages lining the lake are mainly inhabited by the Tay ethnic group, while the higher regions are occupied by the Dao and Hmong.
