Continue through a succession of mountain valleys and passes towards Yen Minh, where lunch is served at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, enjoy a guided walk through Sung La Village, passing traditional houses, cultivated fields and communities inhabited by Hmong and Lo Lo people. Continue to the Hmong King’s Palace, also known as the Vuong Family Residence, in Sa Phin Valley, and explore the historic residence with your guide.

After an early breakfast, travel through the northernmost mountain landscapes of Ha Giang, passing Ma Le Village on the way to Lung Cu. Climb the steps to Lung Cu Flag Tower and enjoy elevated views across the surrounding mountains, valleys and highland villages near Vietnam’s northern border.
After the visit, return towards Dong Van and stop for lunch at a local restaurant. Continue along the scenic mountain road towards Meo Vac, with the limestone peaks and deep valleys of the Dong Van Plateau unfolding along the route.
Stop at Ma Pi Leng Pass to take in sweeping views of the rugged mountain landscape and the Nho Que River winding far below. From the pass area, continue towards the river pier for the next part of the day’s journey.
Board a local sightseeing boat for a guided cruise along the Nho Que River and through Tu San Canyon, where steep limestone cliffs rise dramatically on both sides of the water. After returning to the pier, transfer to Meo Vac for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, set out with your guide for a trekking experience through the mountainous area surrounding Meo Vac and the upper Nho Que River Valley. Follow local trails across the limestone landscape, passing above sections of the river and near White Hmong hamlets.
Along the way, enjoy broad views across cultivated slopes, remote settlements and rugged mountain valleys. Depending on the season and local conditions, the walk may also offer opportunities to observe farming activities, hemp cultivation and traditional processing practices within the surrounding communities.
Lunch is arranged as part of the excursion. Continue towards viewpoints overlooking the deep gorge, neighbouring mountains and winding pass roads before meeting the vehicle and beginning the journey back to Ha Giang Town. Arrive in time for dinner and an overnight stay. Arrive in time to enjoy dinner before settling in for the night.
This is the tour’s most physically demanding day, involving uneven terrain and uphill and downhill sections. Depending on travellers’ fitness, weather, daylight and trail conditions, the trekking route may be shortened to approximately three or four hours by avoiding the steepest sections.

After breakfast, leave Ha Giang and travel south through the rural landscapes of Tuyen Quang Province. Stop for a guided visit to Dong Tien Cave, where a short walk leads past natural stalactites, limestone formations and underground spaces.
Some steps and surfaces inside the cave may be damp, so comfortable footwear with a secure grip is recommended. After the visit, continue to a local restaurant for an included lunch.
In the afternoon, drive back to Hanoi, with arrival at your centrally located hotel expected in the early evening, depending on traffic, weather and the duration of the cave visit. The tour concludes upon arrival, with dinner arranged independently.

The tour starts with pickup from a centrally located Hanoi hotel at approximately 08:00 on Day 1. It ends at a centrally located Hanoi hotel in the early evening on Day 5. The final arrival time may vary depending on traffic, weather and the duration of the Dong Tien Cave visit.
