Welcome aboard the Amethyst Cruise! Around 7:00 AM, your shuttle bus (available at an additional cost) and driver will pick you up from your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter for a scenic transfer to Halong Bay.
Upon arrival at Lot 27, Tuan Chau Harbor, complete the check-in procedure and board the Amethyst Day Cruise at 10:00 AM for an unforgettable journey through the World Heritage Site of Halong Bay.
As the cruise sets sail, enjoy a welcome drink while passing iconic limestone formations such as Dog Rock, Duck Rock, and Thumb Rock.
Then, indulge in a lavish buffet lunch featuring fresh seafood and traditional Vietnamese specialties, served in the elegant onboard restaurant.
Afternoon
After lunch, explore the magnificent Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave, the largest and most impressive cave in Halong Bay. Inside, admire the dazzling stalactites and stalagmites that form natural shapes resembling animals and landscapes.
Next, visit Luon Cave for a peaceful kayaking adventure. Paddle through the crystal-clear lagoon surrounded by towering limestone cliffs — one of Halong Bay’s most tranquil spots.
Continue to Titov Island, where you can climb to the summit for a panoramic view of the bay or swim and sunbathe on its white-sand beach.
Return to the cruise for the Sunset Party, where Vietnamese tea, coffee, tropical fruits, and light snacks are served. Relax on the sundeck or in the Jacuzzi as the cruise glides past the beautiful Hoa Cuong area.
17:30 – 18:00: Arrive back at Tuan Chau Harbor, marking the end of your memorable Halong Bay adventure.

1. Cancellation by Guests
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to Auasia Travel and are subject to the following terms:
- More than 30 days before check-in: No cancellation fee applies.
- 30 to 7 days before check-in: 10% of the total rate will be charged.
- 6 to 3 days before check-in: 50% of the total rate will be charged.
- Less than 3 days before check-in: 100% of the total rate will be charged.
- In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total rate will be charged.
2. Cancellation by us
Auasia Travel reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, including:
- Adverse weather conditions, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, natural disasters, or acts of terrorism.
In the event of a cruise cancellation initiated by us:
- Guests have the option to receive a full refund or select an alternative arrangement.
- Accept an alternative cruise or service of equivalent or similar standard and value (subject to availability).
- If the alternative is of a lower standard or price, the difference will be refunded.
*Note: Cruise cancellations are announced only by the Quang Ninh Local Port Authority, often with very short notice. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these situations.
3. Cancellation by Weather Conditions (Information controlled and issued by the local authority.)
Without prior notice, cruise trips may be postponed, shortened, or canceled due to severe or unexpected weather, including:
- storms, typhoons, cyclones, thunderstorms, fog, or seasonal monsoons.
4. Refund policy in weather-related cases:
- Before tour departure from Hanoi: Full refund.
- After arrival in Ha Long Bay: Refund will be calculated based on services already completed (e.g., meals, transfers, day-boat trip).
- For guests already on board: If the trip is shortened, refund will be based on completed services (length of trip, meals, transfers, activities, etc.), and the remaining amount for unutilized services will be refunded to the guest.
- Children from 5 to 7 years old are charged 50% adult
- Children from 7 to 9 years old are charged 75% of tour price
- Children aged 9 and above are charged the adult rate
