- Cancellations made from the time of booking up to 10 days before the departure date will incur a 30% charge of the total tour price.
- Cancellations made 5–10 days before departure will be charged 50% of the Ninh Binh tour price.
- Cancellations made 3–5 days before departure will incur a 75% charge.
- Cancellations made within 0–3 days before departure will be charged 100% of the total tour price.

- In the event of cancellation of the Ninh Binh day tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, epidemics, or transportation delays/cancellations, travelers will not be required to pay additional compensation beyond the tour cost already incurred.
- The above cancellation fees represent the maximum charges and may be reduced depending on the policies of individual service providers.
- If the tour program is canceled or modified due to force majeure events (e.g., fire, severe weather, accidents, natural disasters, war, or transport disruptions), neither party shall be liable for compensation. However, both parties will use reasonable efforts to reduce any resulting losses as much as possible.
- Children aged 1–4 years: Free of charge (parents cover any applicable entrance fees)
- Children aged 5–8 years: Charged at 75% of the adult tour price
- Children aged 9 years and above: Charged at 100% of the adult tour price
