The activity was both enjoyable and surprisingly rewarding. We learned the basic steps of working with clay, including opening, pulling and shaping, and were able to create several pieces before choosing our favourites for firing and glazing. The instructor made the process easy to follow, even for beginners, and we appreciated being able to take our time and enjoy the creative experience together.
Tuan from the pottery shop was also friendly and informative, sharing helpful insights into Bat Trang and its ceramic traditions. A few days later, collecting our finished pieces was a lovely moment, and we were very pleased with how they turned out.
