Payment
- A 30% deposit of the total Ninh Binh day tour from Hanoi price is required upon booking.
- The remaining balance is due at least 10 days before departure.
- After the deposit is made, cancellations of the Ninh Binh tour will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellations, the following conditions will apply:
- More than 10 days before departure: 30% of total tour price
- 5–10 days before departure: 50% of total tour price
- 3–5 days before departure: 75% of total tour price
- Within 3 days before departure or no-show: 100% of total tour price
- Tour cancellation time is calculated based on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and New Year.
Refunds
- Any applicable refunds will be processed after deducting relevant fees and banking charges.
- The time it takes to receive your refund may vary based on your payment provider.
- Hotel pick-up and drop-off in Hanoi are included; please provide your hotel details in advance
- Additional surcharges apply during public holidays (April 30th – May 1st, Lunar New Year)
- Infants below 2 years old: Complimentary. Parents or guardians are responsible for any applicable entrance fees, if required.
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: Charged at 75% of the adult tour price.
- Children aged 12 years and above: Charged at 100% of the adult tour price.
- A child’s age is calculated based on the date of travel.
