I came here with some pals and had the most wonderful time! The staff was extremely cordial and accommodating. The outside pool area was lovely, and the facilities were quite clean. Heeing in particular was a great friend and supporter! I would return here again, but perhaps not during the rainy season.

We absolutely adored this hotel's décor, which featured gorgeous artwork, floral arrangements, furniture, etc. The staff was really friendly, courteous, and professional. Before I forget, if you prefer chocolate, be sure to visit the hotel's chocolatier! I regret not getting a bigger box of the sea salt-dipped dark chocolate caramels. The breakfast buffet at the hotel's Opera restaurant was excellent! There was a wide range of meals available. The swimming pool was quite appealing and tranquil.

Couldn’t have been better. I stayed in an apartment with one bedroom. It is enormous and has all the amenities one could want. Perfect housekeeping, reception, and concierge services. Breakfast was enormous. They offer it at the Intercontinental Hotel, which is connected by a small passage and contains multiple restaurants, a Starbucks, banks, and a convenience store. Everything worth seeing in Ho Chi Minh City is close by. Don't hesitate to reserve this hotel.

My time at the Hotel Des Arts Saigon was excellent. An excellent breakfast is offered in a modern hotel with nice décor and rooms. The entire crew is really friendly and professional. The management deserves high praise for operating this hotel as what 5 stars quality should exemplary mean. I love the lounge and am an Accor diamond member. Special thanks to Ms. Uyen and Ms. Huyen, the lounge's guest relations staff, as well as Ms. Trang, the restaurant's manager, Ms. Tram, and Ms. Uyen, the waitstaff. From the moment we arrived, the hotel was fantastic. Courteous staff that is sophisticated, elegant, and well-trained will go above and above for you. from the bar personnel to the pool employees and everyone else we encountered. In particular Hung who helped with our arrival, tour arrangements, and departure. Also Kah, a fantastic bartender, was always willing to answer our questions and find out more details for us. This hotel is excellent. The check-in process was friendly and quick, and the pool personnel helped you get organized if there were any brief tropical showers. Service was superb on every level. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and offers a variety of local dishes with the usual European fare. Our Panoramic Deluxe room on the 31st floor has views of the Opera House and the statue of Ho Chi Minh to the northwest. The room itself was incredibly cozy. If you don't mind the heat and humidity of July, the location is also great, with several attractions within walking distance.
