Vietnam EVisa Will Be Valid For Up To 90 Days From 15 August 2023

1. Vietnam eVisa will be valid for up to 90 days

Firstly, the validity of Vietnam eVisa will be extended to 90 days, allowing multiple entries. Previously, it was only 30 days with a single entry. This change aims to accommodate international travelers, students, and investors who need to visit other Southeast Asian countries and return to Vietnam for business purposes.

These changes will apply to new applications submitted after August 15, 2023, while existing applications or issued visas will not be affected.

2. Link to apply online for an E-visa

For entry visas, we recommend that you apply for an E-visa online using the link provided by the government.

3. Vietnam eVisa eligible country list

Vietnam eVisa is currently granted to citizens of 80 countries, as follows:

Andorra, Greece, Palau, Argentina, Hungary, Panama, Armenia, Iceland, Papua New Guinea, Australia, India, Peru, Austria, Ireland, Philippines, Azerbaijan, Italy, Poland, Belarus, Japan, Portugal, Belgium, Kazakhstan, Qatar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Korea (South), Romania, Brazil, Latvia, Russia, Brunei, Liechtenstein, Samoa, Bulgaria, Lithuania, San Marino, Canada, Luxembourg, Serbia, Chile, Macedonia The former Yugoslav of, Slovakia, China (Including Hong Kong and Macau passport holders. Not apply to Chinese e-passport holders), Malta, Slovenia, Colombia, Marshall Islands, Solomon Islands, Croatia, Mexico, Spain, Cuba, Micronesia Federated States of, Sweden, Cyprus, Moldova, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Monaco, Timor Leste, Denmark, Mongolia, United Arab Emirates, Estonia, Montenegro, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Fiji, Myanmar, United States of America, Finland, Nauru, Uruguay, France, Netherlands, Vanuatu, Georgia, New Zealand, Venezuela, Germany, Norway.
