07:15 – Hotel Pick-up in Hanoi
Meet the Jade Sails tour guide at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Begin your journey with a comfortable and stylish experience.
08:00 – Transfer to Halong Bay
Depart Hanoi for Quang Ninh Province via the modern expressway, traveling aboard an ultra-luxurious chauffeur-driven limousine for a smooth and relaxing ride.
09:30 – Welcome Aboard at Tuan Chau Marina
Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina and receive a warm welcome onboard Jade Sails. Enjoy a welcome drink while the crew provides cruise briefings and safety instructions. Check in and begin cruising through Halong Bay, one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature.
A speedboat transfer then takes you deeper into Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay for an extensive 7-hour exploration of secluded areas and untouched natural landscapes.
11:00 – Lunch Onboard
Savor a refined Vietnamese fusion lunch served in the elegant, air-conditioned restaurant. While dining, enjoy uninterrupted views of towering limestone karsts and the spectacular seascape through large panoramic windows.
13:30 – Kayaking or Bamboo Boat Exploration
Anchor at the Dark and Light Cave area, renowned for its dramatic rock formations and hidden lagoons. After a safety briefing, choose between kayaking or a traditional bamboo boat rowed by local fishermen. Glide gently through stalactite caves into serene lagoons, discovering a unique ecosystem surrounded by jade-green waters.
15:00 – Swimming in Lan Ha Bay
Continue to a quiet and pristine area of Lan Ha Bay, known for its crystal-clear waters and peaceful atmosphere. Guests may swim, relax, or enjoy light kayaking in one of Vietnam’s most beautiful and less-crowded bays.
16:00 – Cooking Demonstration
Join a short cooking class led by the onboard chef and learn how to prepare traditional Vietnamese spring rolls. This interactive experience offers insight into local culinary culture.
16:30 – Sunset Party & Tea Break
Gather on the sundeck to admire the stunning sunset over Halong Bay. Enjoy a sunset party with light refreshments, socialize with fellow travelers, or simply relax. Happy Hour promotions are available during this time.
Optional massage services are available upon request and can be booked directly with the Cruise Manager.
17:00 – Cruise returns to Tuan Chau Marina
Guests are transferred back to Tuan Chau Marina by speedboat.
17:20 – Return to Hanoi
Board the limousine for a comfortable journey back to Hanoi via the expressway.
19:30 – Hotel Drop-off
You will be transferred back to your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. End of Jade Sails Day Cruise Halong Bay experience.

1. Cancellation by Guests
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to Auasia Travel and are subject to the following terms:
- More than 30 days before check-in: No cancellation fee applies.
- 30 to 7 days before check-in: 10% of the total rate will be charged.
- 6 to 3 days before check-in: 50% of the total rate will be charged.
- Less than 3 days before check-in: 100% of the total rate will be charged.
- In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total rate will be charged.
2. Cancellation by us
Auasia Travel reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, including:
- Adverse weather conditions, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, natural disasters, or acts of terrorism.
In the event of a cruise cancellation initiated by us:
- Guests have the option to receive a full refund or select an alternative arrangement.
- Accept an alternative cruise or service of equivalent or similar standard and value (subject to availability).
- If the alternative is of a lower standard or price, the difference will be refunded.
*Note: Cruise cancellations are announced only by the Quang Ninh Local Port Authority, often with very short notice. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these situations.
3. Cancellation by Weather Conditions (Information controlled and issued by the local authority.)
Without prior notice, cruise trips may be postponed, shortened, or canceled due to severe or unexpected weather, including:
- Storms, typhoons, cyclones, thunderstorms, fog, or seasonal monsoons.
4. Refund policy in weather-related cases:
- Before tour departure from Hanoi: Full refund.
- After arrival in Ha Long Bay: Refund will be calculated based on services already completed (e.g., meals, transfers, day-boat trip).
- For guests already on board: If the trip is shortened, refund will be based on completed services (length of trip, meals, transfers, activities, etc.), and the remaining amount for unutilized services will be refunded to the guest.
- Children from 5 to 7 years old are charged 50% adult
- Children from 7 to 9 years old are charged 75% of tour price
- Children aged 9 and above are charged the adult rate
