Serenity Luxury Day Cruise Lan Ha Bay

This cruise offered a wonderful way to explore the stunning scenery of Lan Ha Bay, combining scenic cruising with excellent service and thoughtful organization. The day began with hotel pick-up by bus, followed by a smooth transfer to Cat Ba Island and onward to the cruise boat. Lunch was served shortly after boarding in the comfortable dining area, with a light snack later in the afternoon.

There was plenty of time to admire the limestone islands rising from the calm waters, along with opportunities to swim and kayak, allowing guests to experience Lan Ha Bay at a relaxed pace. The overall itinerary was well balanced and enjoyable.

What truly made this journey special was the outstanding support from our guide, Charlie. My wife uses a wheelchair, and although the boat was not specifically designed for wheelchair access, the team went above and beyond to make the trip possible. From carefully assisting with boarding to reserving front seats on the bus to minimize walking, Charlie ensured everything was handled with care and professionalism. Without his dedication and kindness, this experience would not have been possible or nearly as enjoyable. We are deeply grateful for such exceptional service and would highly recommend this cruise to other travelers.
