12:15 | Arrival at Tuan Chau Harbor – Boarding Halong Sen Cruise
Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor, complete check-in procedures, and board the elegant Halong Sen Day Cruise. The cruise departs for an unforgettable journey through the iconic seascape of Halong Bay.
12:30 | Lunch on Board While Cruising
A delicious lunch featuring Vietnamese traditional specialties is served as the cruise sails toward the Hoa Cuong area. Along the way, admire breathtaking limestone formations such as Dog Rock, Duck Rock, Fighting Cock Rock, and Lu Huong Islet—perfect moments for photography.
14:00 | Explore Hoa Cuong Area & Thumb Rock
Arrive at Hoa Cuong, one of the most scenic and tranquil areas of Halong Bay. Surrounded by majestic limestone mountains, this area offers a wild yet graceful beauty. Highlights include the famous Thumb Rock, a giant limestone islet rising from the sea, symbolizing good fortune and natural harmony.
14:30 | Kayaking at Ba Hang Area
Continue to the Ba Hang area, once a floating fishing village. Enjoy approximately 45 minutes of kayaking to explore hidden lagoons, calm waters, and untouched corners of Halong Bay at your own pace.

16:30 | Cooking Demonstration & Lotus Tea Experience
While cruising back toward the harbor, join a traditional Vietnamese cooking demonstration on the sundeck, where the chef shows how to make fresh spring rolls. Guests are also invited to enjoy Vietnamese lotus tea served with sweet candied lotus seeds, along with a cultural introduction to the traditional tea-making process.

1. Cancellation by Guests
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to Auasia Travel and are subject to the following terms:
- More than 30 days before check-in: No cancellation fee applies.
- 30 to 7 days before check-in: 10% of the total rate will be charged.
- 6 to 3 days before check-in: 50% of the total rate will be charged.
- Less than 3 days before check-in: 100% of the total rate will be charged.
- In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total rate will be charged.
2. Cancellation by us
Auasia Travel reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, including:
- Adverse weather conditions, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, natural disasters, or acts of terrorism.
In the event of a cruise cancellation initiated by us:
- Guests have the option to receive a full refund or select an alternative arrangement.
- Accept an alternative cruise or service of equivalent or similar standard and value (subject to availability).
- If the alternative is of a lower standard or price, the difference will be refunded.
*Note: Cruise cancellations are announced only by the Quang Ninh Local Port Authority, often with very short notice. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these situations.
3. Cancellation by Weather Conditions (Information controlled and issued by the local authority.)
Without prior notice, cruise trips may be postponed, shortened, or canceled due to severe or unexpected weather, including:
- Storms, typhoons, cyclones, thunderstorms, fog, or seasonal monsoons.
4. Refund policy in weather-related cases:
- Before tour departure from Hanoi: Full refund.
- After arrival in Ha Long Bay: Refund will be calculated based on services already completed (e.g., meals, transfers, day-boat trip).
- For guests already on board: If the trip is shortened, refund will be based on completed services (length of trip, meals, transfers, activities, etc.), and the remaining amount for unutilized services will be refunded to the guest.
- Children from 5 to 7 years old are charged 50% adult
- Children from 7 to 9 years old are charged 75% of tour price
- Children aged 9 and above are charged the adult rate
