Day 1: Arrival Vientiane (No-meals) October 07, 2024
Upon arrival at Wattay Airport, our staff will meet you at Wattay Airport and transfer you to your centrally located hotel in Vientiane. Enjoy free time to explore the city sights and the Mekong Riverside sunset before overnighting in Vientiane.

Day 2: Vientiane - City Tours - Buddha Park (Breakfast, Lunch) October 08, 2024
On this day, we embark on a journey to explore the prominent landmarks of the capital city. Our first stop is Wat Sisaket, a revered temple known for its unique architecture and an impressive collection of over 8,000 Buddha statues. Next, we head to Wat Ho Prakeo, which houses the highly venerated Emerald Buddha statue.
We then proceed to visit That Luang Stupa, a monumental structure that holds great significance in the history of Laos. This magnificent edifice is considered the most important national monument in the country. Our final destination for the morning is Patuxay, a city landmark that pays tribute to the brave soldiers who lost their lives in wars.
As the day progresses, we head towards Buddha Park, a captivating site located near the Friendship Bridge. The park boasts of an enchanting display of over 200 Buddhist and Hindu sculptures, each with a unique story to tell. We spend our afternoon wandering through this surreal wonderland, marveling at the intricate details and the artistic finesse of each sculpture.
The perfect end to our day is witnessing the breathtaking sunset over the Mekong River. We soak in the tranquil ambience and the stunning view, feeling grateful for the incredible experiences we had on this memorable day.

Day 3: Vientiane - Nam Ngum Lake - Vang Vieng (Breakfast, Lunch) October 09, 2024
After breakfast, we head to Nam Ngum, a vast reservoir formed by damming the Nam Ngum River. Along the way, we stop at Ban Keun, renowned for its salt extraction plant and Lao rice wine distillation village.
On arrival, we take a long-tail boat ride to visit fisherman villages, beautiful islets, and enjoy a short walk to experience local life.
In the afternoon, we arrive at a small and peaceful town nestled on a bend of the Nam Song River, where we check into our hotel and explore the Tham Jang caves, once used as a hideout from Chinese invaders.

Day 4: Vang Vieng - Tham Phoukham - Tad Kaengyui (Breakfast, Lunch) October 10, 2024
Following breakfast, we'll embark on a scenic drive through picturesque paddy fields to reach the Tham Phoukham caves. These renowned limestone caverns, enveloped by verdant forests, are among the country's most breathtaking natural wonders.
Along the way, you'll have the opportunity to encounter local villagers and gain insight into their daily routines. Upon arriving at the caves, take a dip in the small, inviting natural pool to cool off from the heat.
Later in the day, we'll retrieve our motorbikes and journey six kilometers outside of town to reach the Kaeng Yui waterfall, where we'll spend the remainder of our time. This is an excellent opportunity to unwind, relax and bask in the beauty of this magnificent waterfall.

Day 5: Vang Vieng- Xieng Khoang (Breakfast, Lunch) October 11, 2024
Our journey today takes us away from this enchanting town as we make our way towards Xieng Khouang. This area was once ravaged by American bombings, and we will be navigating the back roads to truly immerse ourselves in an authentic Laos experience.
Along the way, we'll encounter few other travelers, but we will have the opportunity to meet and interact with rural dwellers who are as intrigued by us as we are by them.
During our travels, we'll stop at Kasi to visit some minority villages and learn about their daily lives.

Day 6: Xieng Khoang - Plain Of Jars (Breakfast, Lunch) October 12, 2024
We begin our day early, setting off at 8 am on a scenic drive to Xieng Khuang, renowned for its fascinating 'Plain of Jars'. The journey takes us through a winding mountainous route, and our first halt is at Houi Hei, which provides spectacular vistas of the surrounding mountains.
Next, we head to Ban Kiu Marknao 2, a Khmu village that we explore, gaining insights into their unique culture and traditions. After this enriching experience, we continue our drive and reach Phou Khoun, where we relish a delicious lunch.
As we proceed further into the Xieng Khuang province, we reach our highest altitude of the day - 1500m above sea level, shortly after Phou Khoun. We take a break at Ban Son Boom, a Hmong village, and soak in the local flavors and customs.
Our final destinations of the day serve as a poignant reminder of the significant role this region played during the Vietnam War. We visit a hidden Buddha Cave, which was used as an army hospital during the war, leaving us in awe of the resilience and strength of the people.
We arrive at our hotel by early evening, feeling grateful for the incredible experiences and the breathtaking scenery that we encountered on this memorable day.

Day 7: Xiengkhoang - Ban That Hium (187km - 6h By Car) (Breakfast, Lunch) October 13, 2024
Following a scrumptious breakfast, we embark on a visit to the Nam Et - Phou Louey National Protected Area Headquarters & Visitor Center, where we gain an insight into the natural wonders and diverse wildlife of this stunning region.
After this enriching experience, we proceed towards the Waterfall and Swim Area, where we can take a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters and marvel at the serene beauty of the surroundings. We relish this moment of tranquility and soak in the stunning views, feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

Day 8: Ban That Hium - Nong Khiaw (167km - 5h By Car) (Breakfast, Lunch) October 14, 2024
We kickstart our day with a hearty breakfast, and then set off on a scenic drive to Nong Khiaw. The journey takes us on a picturesque route spanning 167 km, which we cover in approximately 5 hours by car.
Upon arrival in Nong Khiaw, we check-in to our hotel and freshen up. In the afternoon, we head out to visit the magnificent Tad Mook Waterfalls. We spend our time exploring the cascading waterfalls, surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking landscapes.
We take in the tranquil ambience of the surroundings, immersing ourselves in the serenity and natural beauty of the area. This promises to be a rejuvenating experience, leaving us feeling refreshed and invigorated.

Day 9: Nong Khiaw - Pak Ou (120km - 3h00 By Car) (Breakfast, Lunch) October 15, 2024
We begin our day with a sumptuous breakfast, and then set out to explore the mesmerizing Pha Tok Caves. The journey to the caves is an adventure in itself, as we hike through lush green rice paddies and traverse through dense jungle sections.
Upon reaching the caves, we are greeted by a spellbinding sight of stalactites and stalagmites, which have formed over thousands of years. We immerse ourselves in the serenity of the surroundings, feeling a sense of awe and wonder.
After the cave exploration, we relish a delightful lunch at a local restaurant, savoring the unique flavors and aromas of the region.

We start our day with a delicious breakfast, after which we proceed to visit the magnificent Pak Ou Caves. These caves are a sight to behold, situated amidst a stunning natural setting, nestled in a mountain, at the confluence of the Nam Ou and Mekong rivers.
We explore both the caves and marvel at the impressive collection of Buddha statues, which have been placed here over the centuries. The caves are steeped in history and culture, and we soak up the rich heritage of the area, feeling a deep sense of reverence.
After the cave visit, we head to a local restaurant for a scrumptious lunch, where we indulge in the unique flavors and aromas of the region.

Day 11: Luang Pra Bang City Tour (Breakfast, Lunch) October 17, 2024
We start our day with a hearty breakfast, followed by a comprehensive package tour of the major sites in Laos. Our journey begins with a visit to the National Museum, where we immerse ourselves in the rich history and culture of the region.
We then proceed to explore the impressive stupa of Wat Visoun, which is a magnificent sight to behold. The shrine of Wat Mai and Wat Xieng Thong are also on our itinerary, and we take in the beauty and serenity of these sacred sites.
Next, we climb up to the top of Phousi Mountain, an exhilarating experience that promises stunning views of the city and the Mekong River. At the summit, we explore the sacred, gilded stupa and take in the breathtaking sunset view, feeling a deep sense of awe and wonder.
After the mountain exploration, we visit the Night Market, where we find an array of lovely crafts and handmade textiles sold by local and hill tribe people from the surrounding area. We immerse ourselves in the vibrant energy of the market, soaking up the rich cultural heritage of the region.

Day 12: Luang Pra Bang - Kung Si Waterfall - 30 Km - 40' By Car (Breakfast, Lunch) October 18, 2024
We rise early to join in or watch the local people as they perform the Tak Bat alms giving to local monks, an important part of the original old culture. We witness this beautiful ceremony with reverence and respect, feeling deeply moved by the spiritual energy and devotion of the participants.
After breakfast, we drive 30 km out of town to the stunning Kuang Si Waterfall, a natural wonder that promises to take our breath away. We have the opportunity to swim, relax, and take a soft trek to the top of the fall, soaking up the refreshing energy of this natural oasis.
On the way back, we make a short stop at a Black Hmong village, where we find an array of hill tribe handicrafts that make perfect souvenirs for passing visitors. Once back in town, we have the rest of the day free to indulge in an afternoon tea or coffee at one of the many stylish cafes and bars. We take in the vibrant energy of the city and plan some shopping, immersing ourselves in the rich culture and beauty of Laos.
As the day comes to a close, we reflect on the wonderful experiences we've had, feeling grateful for the opportunity to explore and immerse ourselves in the rich tapestry of history, culture, and natural beauty that Laos has to offer.

Day 13: Luang Prabang - Elephant Village Camp - Tad Sae Waterfall (Breakfast, Lunch) October 19, 2024
At 8:00 am to 8:30 am, your English speaking guide will pick you up from the lobby of your hotel in Luang Prabang. You will then be taken to the Elephant Village Camp where you will be greeted with a warm welcome from your guide and participate in a short briefing about elephants. You will get up close and personal with the elephants during feeding time and explore the Elephant Village, where you can visit the elephant hospital, museum, gallery, and even witness the dung paper making process!
You will also have the impressive experience of being a Mahout and learn how to communicate with these majestic creatures.
Afterward, you will take a traditional Lao long boat to the Tad Sae Waterfall and enjoy swimming or relaxing in the clear water. Don't forget to bring your swimsuit as water levels may vary with seasonal conditions.
Lunch will be served at the Elephant Camp restaurant, which includes a buffet with coffee, tea, and drinking water. Vegetarian options are also available.
Finally, at 2:00 pm, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Luang Prabang.

Day 16: Pakse - Bolaven Plateau - Champasak - Wat Phou - 4000 Islands (Breakfast, Lunch) October 22, 2024
Following our breakfast, we embark on a tour of the Bolaven Plateau, where we make a stop at the impressive Pha Suam waterfall and take some time to visit the ethnic minority villages of Lao Teung.
Our journey then takes us to Champasak, where we marvel at the pre-Angkorian ruins of Wat Phu, an ancient temple that sits atop the Southeast Asian region's most breathtaking setting. We have ample time to explore these captivating Khmer ruins, which rest at the foothills of Mount Phu Kao.
As the day progresses, we continue our expedition by road and make our way to the 4000 Islands area, where we spend the night on Don Khong Island.

Day 17: 4000 Islands - Khone Island - Surrounding (Breakfast, Lunch) October 23, 2024
After enjoying our breakfast, we depart from town and board a long tail boat to journey into the furthest reaches of the Mekong River. During the dry season, the waters recede, leaving behind thousands of islets that have earned this area the endearing name of "Si Phan Done". We continue our exploration of the 4000 islands region by boat, and later on bikes as we visit Khone Island.
At Ban Khone, we delve into the French colonial-era and marvel at the remnants of the old colonial houses and the first Lao railway, which featured its own locomotive. Our expedition also takes us to the stunning Liphi waterfall, famously known as the Samphamith, forming a natural boundary between Laos and Cambodia.
We conclude our adventure by returning to Ban Nakasang and driving to the magnificent Khone Phapeng waterfall - the largest waterfall in all of Southeast Asia and fondly dubbed as the "Niagara of the East".

Following breakfast, the rest of the day is at your leisure to enjoy as you please until it is time for your transfer to the airport for your flight back to Vientiane.

Following your breakfast, you have the day at your leisure to enjoy as you please until it is time for your transfer to the airport for your departure flight. Enjoy your free time, and have a safe journey home!

Thing To Carry
- All customers participating in the tour must have a passport and identification document when leaving the country.
- Backpack, toiletry bag, sunscreen/cap, water bottles, camera(optional), extra pair of clothes, personal medication, track pants and cotton T-shirt, sweater/ warm jackets for the night.
- Dry fruits, energy bar, chocolates, torch per person with extra batteries, moov spray, dettol solution or salt to avoid leeches, sports shoes or trekking shoes or comfortable shoes with good grip, personal hygiene items: medicine, face towel, shower gel, brush, toothpaste.
Cancellation Policy
- Deposit 50% tour price when signing up and pay the remaining amount 10 days before starting date.
- In case of tour cancellation: (Tour cancellation time is calculated by working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays and New Year).
- After the deposit, if you cancel the tour, the company will not refund the deposit.
- If you cancel or change the tour within 20 - 29 working days before the departure date, please pay the fee of: 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or change the tour within 10 - 19 working days before the departure date, please pay the fee of: 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or change the tour 9 working days before the departure date, please pay the fee of: 100% of the tour value.
* Notes:
- Your passport must be valid for more than 6 months from the date of return.
- If you are a foreigner or overseas Vietnamese, please bring all your passports (bring both passports in case you have 2 citizenships), and Vietnamese visa (attached to your passport or separate sheet) while on tour.
- Please follow according to the tour program, do not separate from the group. If there is a need to separate from the group, please notify the consultant when registering for the tour for more information and additional costs (if any).
- Customers aged 70 years or older require a health certificate to travel abroad from a doctor and must be accompanied by a relative under 60 years old (healthy). Guests over 75 years old, please pay a premium insurance (the fee varies depending on the tour).
- The program may change depending on the flight situation, the hotel in at the site will be officially confirmed on the day of the group meeting, 2-3 days before the departure date. The attractions may not be in the order in the program. During the peak weeks in the site, the hotel may not be in the central area but still ensure the hotel standard according to the program.
Refund Policy
- In case of cancellation of the tour right after registration until 10 days before the departure date, you will be subject to a 30% penalty on the travel fare.
- In case of cancellation of the tour within 5-10 days before the departure date, you will be charged 50% of the travel fare.
- In case of cancellation of the tour within 3-5 days before the departure date, you will be charged 75% of the travel fare.
- If you cancel the tour within 0 – 3 days before the departure date, you will be charged 100% of the travel fare.
* Notes:
- In case of tour cancellation due to objective incidents such as natural disasters, epidemics, postponement and cancellation of transportations service... Tourist will not be responsible for any additional compensation other than refund tour fee.
- Above is the maximum cancellation penalty, this cost can be reduced depending on the conditions of each service provider for Tourist.
- The tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays and New Year.
- If the travel program is canceled or changed by either party due to a force majeure reason (fire, weather, accident, natural disaster, war, delay and cancellation of the public transport plus…), the two parties will not bear any obligation to compensate for the loss that has occurred and not bear any liability. However, each party is responsible for trying its best to help the aggrieved party to minimize losses caused by force majeure.

- Children under 2 years old: 30% of adult price (baby sharing bed with parents).
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of adult price (kid sharing bed with parents) / 100% of adult price (kid has their own bed).
- Children from 12 years old and up: 100% of the adult price.
