After the waterfall visit, enjoy a freshly prepared Thai lunch at a local restaurant before driving deeper into the countryside to the trekking starting point. In the afternoon, begin your Chiang Mai jungle trekking experience through forest trails, mountain paths, and natural landscapes. The route can be adjusted depending on the group’s fitness level, with an easier option for families or a more active trail for keen hikers. Continue your adventure with a guided trek of approximately 2.5 hours through the beautiful mountain landscapes of Northern Thailand and is generally easy to moderate, so comfortable walking shoes, light clothing, sun protection, and a small daypack are recommended.
By late afternoon, reach a traditional Lahu hill tribe village, set at an elevation of around 1,200 meters above sea level. After checking into a simple wooden guest hut, take time to freshen up, walk around the village, and learn about local life in the highlands. As the evening settles in, enjoy a home-cooked dinner and relax by the creek, surrounded by mountain views and the quiet sounds of the jungle.

Wake up to the cool mountain air and enjoy breakfast in the peaceful surroundings of the Lahu Village. Today’s journey continues on foot through some of Northern Thailand’s most scenic highland landscapes, with forest paths, farmland, and rice terraces along the way. Guided by a local expert, you will gain a closer look at daily life, traditional farming, and the natural environment of the remote mountain communities.
After approximately three hours of trekking, arrive at a small jungle settlement where a family of elephants lives in the forest. Following lunch, spend time enjoying an ethical elephant encounter in Chiang Mai, focused on observation, care, and respectful interaction. You may help prepare food, feed the elephants, walk near them in their natural surroundings, and, depending on the weather and river conditions, join or observe them during bath time. This experience does not include elephant riding or performances.
Later in the afternoon, continue to a quiet mountain village stay beside a shallow river. The rest of the day is free for you to swim, freshen up, relax on the riverside deck, or simply enjoy the calm atmosphere of the jungle. In the evening, a local dinner is prepared, followed by time to unwind around the campfire or release a traditional wish lantern, if conditions allow.

This stop provides a final opportunity to appreciate the diversity of Northern Thailand’s hill tribe and rural communities.
In the afternoon, leave the rainforest behind and travel back toward Chiang Mai by local transport. As the mountains gradually give way to the city, reflect on the unforgettable experiences of the past three days—from jungle trekking and hill tribe encounters to ethical elephant interactions and river adventures. Arrive in Chiang Mai at approximately 5:00 PM, marking the end of your Northern Thailand trekking adventure.

- A 30% deposit is needed to guarantee your booking.
- The remaining balance is due at least 10 days before departure.
- Once your booking is confirmed, the deposit becomes non-refundable as hotels, guides and local services may be reserved in advance.
Cancellations
- In the event of cancellations, the following conditions will apply:
- More than 10 days before departure: 30% of total tour price
- 6–10 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price
- 3–5 days before departure: 75% of total tour price
- Within 3 days before departure or no-show: 100% of total tour price
- Cancellation deadlines are calculated based on working days in Vietnam, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please contact our team if your cancellation request falls close to a deadline.

- Any applicable refunds will be processed after deducting relevant fees and banking charges.
- The time it takes to receive your refund may vary based on your payment provider.

- Larger luggage can usually be stored in Chiang Mai, while only essential items are carried during the trek
