Overview
Angkor Wat, an extensive temple complex situated in Southeast Asia's Cambodia, stands as a globally renowned and significant archaeological marvel, earning UNESCO World Heritage status.
Esteemed for its splendid architecture, historical importance, and cultural significance, this massive complex was originally constructed during the 12th century by King Suryavarman II of the Khmer Empire as a Hindu sanctuary devoted to Vishnu.
- Later, it underwent a transformation into a Buddhist temple. The name "Angkor Wat" translates to "City Temple" or "Temple City." Not limited to a solitary temple, Angkor Wat forms part of the expansive Angkor Archaeological Park, housing numerous other temples and historical structures from the Khmer Empire era.
- Today, it serves as a prominent tourist attraction, drawing visitors from all corners of the world who come to admire its breathtaking architecture and immerse themselves in its enriching history and culture.

Upon arrival at Siem Reap–Angkor International Airport, meet your driver and transfer to your hotel in Siem Reap. After checking in, enjoy some time to rest following your flight.
If your arrival schedule permits, meet your local English-speaking guide and driver at approximately 4:00 PM for an afternoon visit to Phnom Bakheng. Dating from the ninth century, this hilltop temple offers sweeping views across the forested landscape of Angkor.
Follow the shaded hillside path and climb the temple steps as the late-afternoon light settles over the surrounding plains. From the upper terraces, take in the panoramic scenery and, weather permitting, watch the sunset over the Angkor landscape before returning to Siem Reap.
The visit involves uphill walking, uneven surfaces and steep temple steps. Comfortable walking shoes and practical outdoor clothing are recommended.

After an early breakfast at the hotel, depart at approximately 6:30 AM for a full-day guided exploration of the most celebrated monuments within Angkor Archaeological Park.
Begin at Angkor Wat, Cambodia’s most iconic temple and one of the greatest architectural achievements of the Khmer Empire. Explore its courtyards, galleries and upper levels while your guide shares insights into the temple’s history, religious symbolism and remarkable construction. Along the way, admire its extensive bas-reliefs and graceful Apsara carvings.
Continue to Srah Srang, once used as a royal bathing pool, and take a leisurely walk through a nearby village. Visit a local home, where fresh fruit, snacks, coffee and tea will be served in a welcoming setting, offering a glimpse into everyday life in the countryside surrounding Angkor.
Proceed to Banteay Kdei, a peaceful former Buddhist monastery characterised by atmospheric corridors and weathered stone structures. From here, continue to Ta Prohm, where enormous tree roots intertwine with ancient walls and courtyards, creating one of Angkor’s most distinctive and evocative scenes.
After the morning’s sightseeing, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, enter the fortified city of Angkor Thom through its quieter eastern entrance, commonly known as the Death Gate. Explore Baphuon, Phimeanakas, the Terrace of the Elephants and the Terrace of the Leper King before concluding at Bayon Temple, renowned for its towers carved with serene stone faces.
Afterwards, return to your hotel in the late afternoon. The evening is free for you to relax, with dinner at your own arrangement.

After breakfast, leave Siem Reap and travel through the Cambodian countryside to Banteay Srei, an elegant tenth-century temple celebrated for its exceptionally detailed carvings in warm pink sandstone. Although smaller than many of Angkor’s monuments, the precision and artistry of its decorative stonework make it one of the region’s most remarkable temples.
Continue to Kbal Spean, famously known as the River of a Thousand Lingas. From the trailhead, begin an approximately 40-minute uphill walk through the forest to reach the archaeological site. Along the riverbed, discover ancient carvings of Hindu deities and numerous lingas sculpted directly into the stone.
The forest trail includes uneven, narrow and occasionally steep sections. Depending on local conditions, some passages near the waterfall may require the use of bamboo steps. A reasonable level of fitness, sturdy walking shoes and suitable outdoor clothing are recommended for this excursion.
Lunch will be provided either as a picnic near the foot of the hill or at a local restaurant, depending on the day’s operating arrangements.
In the afternoon, visit Banteay Samre, admired for its harmonious proportions, peaceful surroundings and well-preserved stonework. Continue to East Mebon, an important temple associated with the former Eastern Baray, before visiting Pre Rup, an imposing temple mountain constructed from brick, laterite and sandstone.
After completing the Eastern Angkor temple circuit, return to Siem Reap in the late afternoon.

After breakfast, travel to Artisans Angkor Silk Farm for an introduction to Cambodia’s traditional silk-making heritage. During the visit, learn about the different stages involved in producing silk textiles, from raising silkworms and processing silk threads to dyeing and weaving the finished fabric.
Continue through the countryside to Kampong Phluk, a traditional lakeside community on Tonle Sap Lake. Upon arrival, board a local boat for a guided journey through the village.
Cruise past tall stilted houses, community buildings and local fishing boats while learning how residents have adapted their way of life to the lake’s dramatic seasonal changes. Water levels and the appearance of the village vary considerably throughout the year. During the wet season, the houses appear to rise directly from the water, while the dry season reveals their towering wooden supports and the surrounding floodplain.
Once back on shore, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
At the appropriate time, transfer to Siem Reap–Angkor International Airport for your onward flight. Today’s sightseeing program is best suited to a late-afternoon or evening departure and may be adjusted according to your flight schedule.
Your four-day Siem Reap journey concludes upon arrival at the airport.

- Dry fruits, energy bar, chocolates, torch per person with extra batteries, moov spray, dettol solution or salt to avoid leeches, sports shoes or trekking shoes or comfortable shoes with good grip, personal hygiene items: medicine, face towel, shower gel, brush, toothpaste.
- Deposit 50% tour price when signing up and pay the remaining amount 10 days before starting date.
- In case of tour cancellation: (Tour cancellation time is calculated by working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays and New Year).
- After the deposit, if you cancel the tour, the company will not refund the deposit.
- If you cancel or change the tour within 20 - 29 working days before the departure date, please pay the fee of: 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or change the tour within 10 - 19 working days before the departure date, please pay the fee of: 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or change the tour 9 working days before the departure date, please pay the fee of: 100% of the tour value.
* Notes:
- Your passport must be valid for more than 6 months from the date of return.
- If you are a foreigner or overseas Vietnamese, please bring all your passports (bring both passports in case you have 2 citizenships), and Vietnamese visa (attached to your passport or separate sheet) while on tour.
- Please follow according to the tour program, do not separate from the group. If there is a need to separate from the group, please notify the consultant when registering for the tour for more information and additional costs (if any).
- Customers aged 70 years or older require a health certificate to travel abroad from a doctor and must be accompanied by a relative under 60 years old (healthy). Guests over 75 years old, please pay a premium insurance (the fee varies depending on the tour).
- The program may change depending on the flight situation, the hotel in at the site will be officially confirmed on the day of the group meeting, 2-3 days before the departure date. The attractions may not be in the order in the program. During the peak weeks in the site, the hotel may not be in the central area but still ensure the hotel standard according to the program.
- In case of cancellation of the tour right after registration until 10 days before the departure date, you will be subject to a 30% penalty on the travel fare.
- In case of cancellation of the tour within 5-10 days before the departure date, you will be charged 50% of the travel fare.
- In case of cancellation of the tour within 3-5 days before the departure date, you will be charged 75% of the travel fare.
- If you cancel the tour within 0 – 3 days before the departure date, you will be charged 100% of the travel fare.
* Notes:
- In case of tour cancellation due to objective incidents such as natural disasters, epidemics, postponement and cancellation of transportations service... Tourist will not be responsible for any additional compensation other than refund tour fee.
- Above is the maximum cancellation penalty, this cost can be reduced depending on the conditions of each service provider for Tourist.
- The tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays and New Year.
- If the travel program is canceled or changed by either party due to a force majeure reason (fire, weather, accident, natural disaster, war, delay and cancellation of the public transport plus…), the two parties will not bear any obligation to compensate for the loss that has occurred and not bear any liability. However, each party is responsible for trying its best to help the aggrieved party to minimize losses caused by force majeure.
- Children under 2 years old: 30% of adult price (baby sharing bed with parents).
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of adult price (kid sharing bed with parents), 100% of adult price (kid has their own bed).
