If time permits, visit Kampong Kdei Ancient Bridge, an impressive Angkor-era stone bridge, before arriving in Siem Reap.
Option 2: By Express Boat, Seasonal Route

This scenic journey offers a different perspective of Cambodia, with views of riverside communities, floating houses, fishing boats and wide lake landscapes along the way. Please note that boat operations are seasonal and depend on water levels, weather and local navigation conditions. When the boat is not available, the journey will be arranged by private road transfer for comfort and reliability.

Overnight in Siem Reap.
After breakfast, begin a full-day exploration of the magnificent Angkor Archaeological Park, one of Southeast Asia’s most remarkable cultural treasures.
Start at the South Gate of Angkor Thom, where impressive stone faces and ancient causeways lead into the former royal city of the Khmer Empire. Continue to Bayon Temple, famous for its mysterious smiling faces carved into towering stone structures.
Your visit continues to the Terrace of the Elephants, once used by Khmer kings for public ceremonies and royal processions, followed by Baphuon Temple, a three-tiered temple mountain known for its impressive scale and long restoration history.
Then explore Ta Prohm, one of Angkor’s most evocative temples. Left partly embraced by giant tree roots, the temple is known for its atmospheric ruins and is also famous as a filming location for Tomb Raider.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before continuing to the iconic Angkor Wat, the largest religious monument in the world and Cambodia’s most celebrated landmark. Admire its five towers, long galleries, intricate bas-reliefs and remarkable symmetry while your guide explains the temple’s history, symbolism and artistic significance.

Overnight in Siem Reap.
After breakfast, visit the Roluos Group, a collection of early Angkor temples connected with Hariharalaya, one of the first capitals of the Khmer Empire. This morning visit offers a quieter and more historical perspective on Angkor before your departure from Siem Reap.
Begin with Preah Ko, one of the earliest temples built in Hariharalaya. Its name means “Sacred Bull,” referring to the stone Nandi statues facing the central towers, associated with the Hindu god Shiva.
Continue to Bakong, the most impressive temple of the Roluos Group and one of the earliest temple mountains of the Khmer Empire. Its stepped pyramid structure reflects the development of Khmer temple architecture before the later grandeur of Angkor Wat.
Your visit also includes Lolei, known for its carved lintels, false doors and peaceful setting. Together, these temples provide valuable insight into the beginnings of Angkorian art, religion and architecture.
After the visit, transfer back to your hotel for check-out. Depending on your flight schedule, enjoy some free time at leisure before your private transfer to Siem Reap Angkor International Airport for your departure flight.
