A 30% deposit of the total tour cost is required upon booking.
The remaining balance is due at least 10 days before departure.
Once the deposit is paid, any cancellation will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

In the event of cancellations, the following conditions will apply:

More than 10 days before departure: 30% of total tour price
5–10 days before departure: 50% of total tour price
3–5 days before departure: 75% of total tour price
Within 3 days before departure or no-show: 100% of total tour price
Cancellation time is calculated based on working days only, excluding weekends, public holidays, and New Year

Any applicable refunds will be processed after deducting relevant fees and banking charges.
The time it takes to receive your refund may vary based on your payment provider.

Additional surcharges may apply during public holidays (April 30th – May 1st, Lunar New Year)

If the Hanoi Craft Village Day Trip is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, epidemics, or transport disruptions), travelers will not incur additional charges beyond the actual costs already incurred

Children from 2 to under 12 years old: Charged at 75% of the adult tour price.

One of the most memorable cultural experiences during our Hanoi craft village day trip was the visit to Quang Phu Cau Incense Village. It was a wonderful opportunity to step into a traditional local setting and learn more about an important part of Vietnamese daily life and culture.
With the help of our guide, we discovered how incense is made and had the chance to understand the process through local families involved in this traditional craft. Seeing the incense-making work up close made the visit feel much more personal and meaningful than simply taking photos.
