Depart Ho Chi Minh City in the morning with your private guide and driver and travel into the Mekong Delta, heading toward the historic riverside town of Sa Dec.
Explore Huynh Thuy Le Ancient House, Kien An Cung and Trung Vuong School while learning about Sa Dec’s multicultural heritage and its blend of Vietnamese, Chinese and French influences. The town is also closely associated with French writer Marguerite Duras and the story that inspired The Lover.
After lunch, continue by road toward Long Xuyen. From there, take a local boat across the Hau River to the rural homestay area near Tiger Island, where the surroundings become quieter and more distinctly rural.
Settle into your homestay and enjoy dinner in a peaceful countryside setting. The evening is free to relax and experience the slower pace of life in the Mekong Delta.

Rise early for a guided boat trip to Long Xuyen Floating Market, where local traders gather on the Hau River to buy and sell fruit, vegetables and other agricultural produce directly from their boats.
Continue through smaller waterways and stop at a local orchard to sample seasonal tropical fruits. Afterwards, return to the pier and continue overland toward Cau Ke.
After lunch, check in at Suonsia Homestay. In the afternoon, explore the surrounding countryside on a guided bicycle ride or countryside walk lasting approximately one to two hours.
Pass orchards, gardens, cultivated fields and quiet local communities while observing everyday rural life. The activity is relatively easy for travellers with normal fitness, although comfortable footwear, lightweight clothing, sun protection and rain protection are recommended.
The remainder of the afternoon is at leisure at the homestay before enjoying dinner with your hosts.
Overnight: Suonsia Homestay, Cau Ke.
After breakfast, leave Cau Ke and travel toward Tra Vinh, where the day begins with an introduction to the region’s distinctive Khmer heritage.
Visit Ang Pagoda and the Khmer Culture Museum with your guide. Learn about Theravada Buddhism, Khmer traditions, architecture and community life in the southern Mekong Delta.
Continue toward Ben Tre and enjoy lunch before beginning an afternoon journey through the region’s waterways aboard a local motorboat.
Travel along rivers and canals and stop at traditional local workshops where families make bricks, weave mats and produce coconut-based products. Continue to a tropical orchard for seasonal fruit tasting.
Later, change to a traditional rowing boat and glide through narrow canals shaded by water coconut palms before arriving at Mekong Home.
In the evening, join the host family in preparing banh xeo, a southern Vietnamese rice-flour pancake traditionally served with fresh herbs and local ingredients. Afterwards, sit down together for dinner.
A locally offered foot massage provides a relaxing end to the day. The remainder of the evening is free to enjoy the quiet rural surroundings.

After breakfast, set out on a guided Ben Tre countryside cycling tour lasting approximately two hours.
Ride along quiet village roads surrounded by coconut gardens, orchards and farming communities. Along the way, observe local residents working in their gardens and around their homes while experiencing the everyday landscape of rural Ben Tre at an easy, unhurried pace.
The ride is suitable for travellers who are comfortable cycling on local countryside roads. Comfortable footwear, lightweight clothing, sunscreen, a hat and rain protection are recommended.
Return to Mekong Home after the ride, with time to freshen up before enjoying lunch.
In the afternoon, depart Ben Tre by private vehicle and travel back to Ho Chi Minh City. Arrival time will depend on traffic and road conditions in that day.

- Dry fruits, energy bar, chocolates, torch per person with extra batteries, moov spray, dettol solution or salt to avoid leeches, sports shoes or trekking shoes or comfortable shoes with good grip, personal hygiene items: medicine, face towel, shower gel, brush, toothpaste.
- Deposit 50% tour price when signing up and pay the remaining amount 10 days before starting date.
- In case of tour cancellation: (Tour cancellation time is calculated by working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays and New Year).
- After the deposit, if you cancel the tour, the company will not refund the deposit.
- If you cancel or change the tour within 20 - 29 working days before the departure date, please pay the fee of: 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or change the tour within 10 - 19 working days before the departure date, please pay the fee of: 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or change the tour 9 working days before the departure date, please pay the fee of: 100% of the tour value.

- Your passport must be valid for more than 6 months from the date of return.
- If you are a foreigner or overseas Vietnamese, please bring all your passports (bring both passports in case you have 2 citizenships), and Vietnamese visa (attached to your passport or separate sheet) while on tour.
- Please follow according to the tour program, do not separate from the group. If there is a need to separate from the group, please notify the consultant when registering for the tour for more information and additional costs (if any).
- Customers aged 70 years or older require a health certificate to travel abroad from a doctor and must be accompanied by a relative under 60 years old (healthy). Guests over 75 years old, please pay a premium insurance (the fee varies depending on the tour).
- The program may change depending on the flight situation, the hotel in at the site will be officially confirmed on the day of the group meeting, 2-3 days before the departure date. The attractions may not be in the order in the program. During the peak weeks in the site, the hotel may not be in the central area but still ensure the hotel standard according to the program.
- In case of cancellation of the tour right after registration until 10 days before the departure date, you will be subject to a 30% penalty on the travel fare.
- In case of cancellation of the tour within 5-10 days before the departure date, you will be charged 50% of the travel fare.
- In case of cancellation of the tour within 3-5 days before the departure date, you will be charged 75% of the travel fare.
- If you cancel the tour within 0 – 3 days before the departure date, you will be charged 100% of the travel fare.

- In case of tour cancellation due to objective incidents such as natural disasters, epidemics, postponement and cancellation of transportations service... Tourist will not be responsible for any additional compensation other than refund tour fee.
- Above is the maximum cancellation penalty, this cost can be reduced depending on the conditions of each service provider for Tourist.
- The tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays and New Year.
- If the travel program is canceled or changed by either party due to a force majeure reason (fire, weather, accident, natural disaster, war, delay and cancellation of the public transport plus…), the two parties will not bear any obligation to compensate for the loss that has occurred and not bear any liability. However, each party is responsible for trying its best to help the aggrieved party to minimize losses caused by force majeure.
- Children under 2 years old: 30% of adult price (baby sharing bed with parents).
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of adult price (kid sharing bed with parents), 100% of adult price (kid has their own bed).
