Depart Ho Chi Minh City with your guide and driver and travel into Ben Tre, where coconut groves, orchards and an extensive network of rivers and canals shape the surrounding Mekong Delta landscape.
On arrival, board a local motorboat and cruise along the Ben Tre waterways. Stop to visit a traditional brick-making workshop and small family-run workshops producing woven mats and coconut-based products, offering a closer look at local crafts and everyday livelihoods in the area.
An included lunch will be arranged during the day according to the local operating schedule. Afterwards, continue to a tropical orchard for seasonal fruit tasting before changing to a traditional rowing boat for a quieter journey through narrow canals shaded by water coconut palms.
Later in the afternoon, continue into the Cho Lach countryside and arrive at Jardin du Mekong, where you will settle into your room.
In the evening, join the host family and learn how bánh xèo, a traditional Southern Vietnamese rice-flour pancake, is prepared using local ingredients and fresh herbs. Enjoy dinner together, then relax with a locally offered foot massage before spending the night in the peaceful rural surroundings.

After breakfast, begin a guided bicycle ride through Cho Lach and Cai Mon, spending approximately two hours cycling along local countryside roads surrounded by orchards, gardens and farming communities.
The ride offers a close look at rural life in the Mekong Delta, with opportunities to see local people working in fruit gardens and tending their farms. Continue to the Cai Mon horticultural area, known for its fruit trees, seedlings, ornamental plants and bonsai cultivation.
After the visit, cross the river by local public ferry and continue toward Sa Dec. An included lunch will be arranged during the day’s journey.
In Sa Dec, visit Huynh Thuy Le Ancient House, associated with the story that inspired Marguerite Duras’ The Lover. Continue to Kien An Cung, a historic Chinese temple reflecting the cultural influence of the local Fujianese community.
Later, continue by road to Can Tho and check in at your hotel. The evening is free for you to explore the city independently and choose your own restaurant for dinner.
The cycling section is suitable for travelers who are comfortable riding on local countryside roads. Lightweight clothing, comfortable footwear, sunscreen, a hat and rain protection are recommended, particularly during hot or wet weather.

Start early for a guided motorboat journey to Cai Rang Floating Market, one of the best-known river trading areas in the Mekong Delta.
Cruise among the trading boats and observe the morning activity on the river, where agricultural products and tropical fruits are exchanged between larger boats, while smaller vessels may serve drinks, snacks and simple meals to people working on the waterways.
Your guide will explain local trading customs, including the traditional use of long bamboo poles to display the products available for sale. The exact level of activity at Cai Rang Floating Market may vary according to the day, season and local trading conditions.
After exploring the market, return by motorboat to the Can Tho pier and begin the drive back to Ho Chi Minh City.

- More than 10 days before departure: 30% of total tour price
- 6–10 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price
- 3–5 days before departure: 75% of total tour price
- Within 3 days before departure or no-show: 100% of total tour price
- Cancellation deadlines are calculated based on working days in Vietnam, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please contact our team if your cancellation request falls close to a deadline.

- Any applicable refunds will be processed after deducting relevant fees and banking charges.
- The time it takes to receive your refund may vary based on your payment provider.
