Wake up at dawn to make the most of the vibrant Long Xuyen Floating Market, a spectacular place for encounters and exchanges. Witness hundreds of boats loaded with a variety of products and fruits, forming towering pyramids. Merchants and customers passionately negotiate, and floating restaurants offer soups and noodles.
After the market, take a boat ride through the arroyos. A delightful stop is planned to savor exotic fruits in local orchards. Return to the Long Xuyen pier where your vehicle awaits.
Depart for Tra Vinh, a province considered the cradle of Khmer culture in the Mekong Delta, while also influenced by Kinh and Hoa cultures. Along the way, make a stop at a bonsai garden or a nursery.
Upon arrival in Tra Vinh, the land of Theravada Buddhist Khmers, visit the Ang Pagoda, built in the 10th century. Explore the Khmer Culture Museum as well.
Enjoy lunch before a short journey to Suonsia Homestay. In the afternoon, embark on an unforgettable bike or walking tour (approximately 1-2 hours) through the countryside to discover the locals' daily life.

The day concludes as you arrive at the rural guesthouse, "Mekong Home."
In the evening, join the family in preparing the famous regional dish called "Banh Xeo," which are rice flour pancakes filled with shrimp and aromatic herbs. After dinner, enjoy a pleasant foot massage offered by the village youth.
